Corion Landscape Management in Ferndale is excited to announce its merger with GreenEarth Landscape Services in Florida.
The 18-year-old Whatcom County company will now be known as GreenEarth NW.
Former Corion co-owners David Arnold and Isaac Burrous are co-owners of GreenEarth Landscape Services, along with GreenEarth founders Jeremy Durgan and Shawn Knight.
“We have been collaborating with GreenEarth for several years and believe we can take the next step to becoming a true destination company for our employees and customers by joining forces,” said Burrous. “The merger enables us to provide the type of benefits, opportunities and first-class systems that great people look for in a career, not just a job. Our clients will see the difference in improved personnel recruitment, retainment and training.”
Burrous is now general manager of the Ferndale branch, and Arnold is part of the Growth Team.
“Myself personally, I’m excited because I have the opportunity to provide impact at a larger scale,” Arnold said. “We have been focusing on growth, and we have been growing, and we get to do that at maybe a more rapid pace.”
The full brand change is slated for the end of 2019. In the meantime, clients may notice small changes, like new business cards and updated email addresses.
The merger is designed to be seamless, with clients receiving the same services during and beyond the transition.
“The range of expertise will just be broader, specifically on the project side of things,” Arnold said. “It’s really internal accountability, which will result in better response time and quicker results seen by the customer.”
All 41 employees at the Ferndale branch have been retained.
