You’ll spot this flower blooming in pink, white, purple, and blue hues throughout summer and fall.
Even though hydrangea isn’t native to the Pacific Northwest, it grows well here in Whatcom County. The Washington State Noxious Weed Control Board even recommends hydrangea as an alternative to invasive plants like knotweeds and common fennel.
